Description
BERACAINE SPRAY is a fast-acting topical anaesthetic containing lidocaine 10% in a metered-dose 50 mL spray bottle, designed for rapid surface numbing prior to minimally invasive aesthetic and dermatological procedures. The spray format delivers a fine, even mist of lidocaine that diffuses across the stratum corneum within 1–2 minutes, blocking peripheral sodium channels to achieve mucosal or surface analgesia suitable for injections, tattooing, piercing, laser ablation, and permanent cosmetics. The metered delivery enables precise dose control without over-application.
Indication
Designed for topical numbing during dental, ENT, and minor medical procedures performed by qualified practitioners. Not intended for skincare or cosmetic application.
Packaging
Lidocaine 10% topical anesthetic spray, supplied as a 50 mL professional spray bottle.
Protocol
Hold the spray bottle 5–10 cm from the skin surface and spray 1–3 short bursts (approximately 10 mg lidocaine per spray) onto the clean treatment area; allow 1–2 minutes for onset before proceeding. For mucosal use (dentistry, otolaryngology), apply no more than 2–3 sprays per session. Maximum recommended dose: 200 mg lidocaine per 24 hours. Do not spray near eyes or onto broken skin. Anaesthetic effect lasts 60–90 minutes.
